Hello everyone,

As it's Christmas Eve and I'm off work (finally), I wanted to post to say a big thank you to everyone for reading my blog this year and for all the support through comments and social media channels.

I feel that my blog has grown in the last 6 months and I'm improving with my writing and photography too. I would like my blog to continue growing in the new year, I have a blogging and yearly goals post coming soon, so keep an eye out for that.

Over the past few weeks its been hard to post as regularly as I've wanted to, Christmas time is a very busy time for me at my current job and with Xmas shopping and seeing friends and family, life has gotten in the way of blogging. This happens from time to time and I think as bloggers a lot of us put too much pressure on ourselves when this happens. I always feel let down and disappointed in myself when I don't post but myself and other bloggers need to realise that life will get in the way and its ok for it to do so, your blog and mine will still be there and the loyal readers will too.

Well that ended up being more of a motivational speech than I thought, anyway the Christmas Eve plans will be underway soon for me, I've baking, cooking and cleaning to do.
