Merci Handy are a French brand that starts it process in Paris where they think up the hand gel ideas and scents. It’s then bottled in laboratories some are in Italy, the Merci Handy website delivers to anywhere in the world and is also available in Paris its self, at Selfridges, Topshop and Sephora. All of Merci Handy’s gels are cruelty free and not tested on animals nor do they contain any animal products; their website states they love kittens too much to even think about a thing like animal testing. A few months ago Merci Handy announced they had a Disney set launching and I couldn’t of been more excited. After tweeting about the set I was contacted by a PR company who offered to sent me the *Disney set; I was so happy and of course accepted. 

The set arrived in all its glory and I couldn’t get over how cute the packaging was, not only does each hand gel in the set have a different Disney character on the bottle label but they come in a special Disney themed bag too! I think this was one of my favourite colabs of 2017 and I’m going into the New Year still using all the gels daily. 

Here’s a break down of the set; 

Mickey Mouse - Black Vanilla - The softness of vanilla (my favourite scent in the set)

Minnie Mouse - Chérie Cherry - The cherry on the cake

Donald Duck - New Wave - A scent that goes with the flow

Daisy Duck - Flower Power - The scent of peace and love

Pluto - Lollipop - The smell of childhood treats

Goofy - Oh My Lemon - Refreshing lemon (this is the newest scent to me)

I can't get enough of the Mickey Mouse Black Vanilla as its my favourite scent but also who doesn't love Mickey himself, the scent is beautiful and fills the air as soon as you rub your hands together. Donald Duck's New Wave scent is another favourite of mine as the scent is so fresh and unique, I can't even say it smells like something as its so unique. Lollipop is Pluto's scent which really does take you back to your childhood with the scent of sweet treats. Chérie Cherry is another sweet like scent and is perfect to home Minnie herself and and of course the colour of the gel goes so well with her character. Daisy Duck's pink flower power gel works perfectly with her girly character and has the scent of summer. Finally Oh My Lemon houses Goofy and this gel has a wonderful zesty scent that's so refreshing; my hands always smell amazing after using any of these scents.


Not only do the hand gels make my hands smell amazing but they also keep my hands clean and protect them against bacteria, with Vitamin E and emollient pearls that burst when your hands are rubbed together; my hands feel nourished, hydrated and feel as soft as ever! The gels are handy to keep in your pocket, bag or just on your desk at work but I'd always recommend keeping one of Merci Handy gels close by!
